Our Studio Concierge is the heart of the front desk. You'll greet every family, answer their questions, help them find the right classes and keep the studio running smoothly. Every family who walks through our doors should feel supported, informed and cared for.

This is not an entry-level role. It calls for real responsibility, professionalism and independence, including opening and closing the studio. If you're looking for a first job or something casual, this won't be the right fit.

Availability (required)

You'll need to be available across our studio hours. You won't work all of them, but we need to schedule you throughout the week:

  • Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Saturday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Studio events on some weekend days and evenings are part of the role. If you have another job, school or other standing commitments during these hours, please don't apply.

Who We're Looking for

  • 2+ years of professional experience in customer service, sales, front desk or admin
  • Confident communicators with parents, kids and team members
  • Trustworthy leaders who can run the desk and open and close the studio
  • Organized self-starters who juggle many tasks calmly
  • Tech-comfortable with email, computers and studio software

What You'll Do

  • Open and close the studio and greet every guest warmly
  • Answer calls, emails and walk-in questions quickly and accurately
  • Guide families through class choices and registration
  • Follow up with trial students and new families
  • Schedule trials and make-ups and keep records accurate
  • Keep the front desk and common areas clean and welcoming
